1st Gen boost gauge not working!?
1st Gen boost gauge not working!?
I just installed my boost and pyro gauges today and my boost doesn't work?!
. I checked the line and its fine. I installed the line into the factory fitting just under the air horn. My buddy put his finger over it while I revved the motor a bit and he says he felt nothing. Did I do something wrong? My gauge works fine since I took a short piece of air line and blew into to the gauge and it moved.
Please help!
Thanks

You will not show any boost sitting in the driveway. You have to load the engine to get it to show anything. Take the truck out and get on it going up a hill or getting on the freeway. The harder the load, the higher the boost will be. I'm sure it (boost gauge) is working fine. If the truck is stock, expect to see a number between 12 and 16 psi.
