Which pump was replaced?
Transfer (Lift) pump, or VP-44 (Injection) pump.

Do you have fuel pressure gauge? If so what is the pressure. Just replaced a friends vp44 and lift pump and with in a month the new lift pump was only putting out 3 psi. Caught it before it took out the new vp44. Can't say it often enough. Must have fuel pressure gauge.......

Crack the #1 and #3 injector lines, crank the motor, and see if you are getting diesel to the injectors. If not, crack the feed line to the injection pump and crank motor. Diesel should spray everywhere. This will tell you where the problem lies. HTH.

Uh-oh....

Did you crack the lines pretty good? I needed several trns on the nuts to get fuel to flow during a bleeding process...

If you're open, and there's no fuel at the injectors, yet plenty at the IP....sounds like the IP is toa$t......

It sounds as if your injection pump has laid down on you. If you cracked the lines and cranked the engine over, and no fuel at the injector line, then your pump has laid down. They do not always throw codes, that is only if there is an electrical failure. It sounds as if yours has developed a mechanical failure. Not good news I know, but gice Brett a call at Industrial Injection, and see about a HRVP.
