98 24 valve 4x4 starting problems

Need helps guys I run my truck on vegetable oil and diesel. It doesnt start without starter fluid i put it in gear and it just dies. I changed the fuel filter it was full of water i think i got bad diesel i flussed it and im still having the problem. I changed the hp pump and lp pump a year ago and i run a fass pump for the vegetable oil. I was wondering if my injectors were clogged i ran cleaner through the system and still no fix. Once it does run and i get going it has full peddle full power.

I suspect it is a fuel problem ,,,as injectors do not clog unclog.they are good or bad, not in between

My bet the problem is your glow plugs are missing.

Carboned up injectors is the reason why many of the people who once swore by veggie oil won't touch it any more.
Better to turn the the veggie oil into biodiesel.
