2006 dodge 3500 diesel truck will turn over but no start
Showed codes P2509, P0513,P0483 checked everything and still nothing and now no codes help been stuck at Wal-Mart all night trying to figure this out

P2509 PCM power low or intermittent
P0513 incorrect key immobilizer code
P0483 fan speed code.
From those I would say the 2509 is the lead cause, start by diagnosing it first.
