2003 Won't start

I have a 2003 3500 manual transmission. It has 60 HP injectors, Edge Juice w/ Attitude, FASS 95 gph, AFE ProGuard 7 Stage II intake and Pro-Flo 5" exhaust. Last time I started it the stereo caught on fire and I shut it down. It had blown three fuses. I took the stereo out and replaced the fuses. Now when I try to start it, the lift pump doesn't come on nor does the preheaters. On the instument cluster the voltage and fuel level guages do not show andthing. When I do the cluster check all of the guages work. When I try cycle the key three times it will not show P codes. When I did the C code check I got several codes:
27 64
29 64
81 00
A3 17
AA 00
00 00
One of these says no communication with ECU. I checked the fusable link coming off of the Integrated Power Contol Module and it is good. I don't know if the ECU is fried or I have lost communication with the clust some how. Any help would be much appreciated.

Possibly try unplugging the negative cable on each battery for 15 min. or longer. I think I remember reading somethng about doing that to reset it but I may be wrong.

I had the batteries unplugged for about thirty minutes today while I took the fuse panel out and checked all the connections on the bottom. No change.
Thanks

Have you tried unhooking the edge? Just a thought. Sorry about your truck.
