They are both gas engine air metering codes, likely related to the impedance of the mass airflow sensor being out of sync with the throttle position sensor. Usually this can be cleared up by spraying the intake with a throttle bore cleaner while the engine is running, then oil the bore where the butterfly clicks shut against the air body with a light gun oil such as RemOil, but keep it off the wires on the mass air flow sensor.

Be sure to drive the rig long enough that the cat gets fully heated and burns itself clean after you inject oil, or you run the risk of poisoning the cat.

No mass air flow on a dodge truck.

which engine??? assuming 5.7 since it has a ETC

first code is: ETC (electronic throttle control) forced limit power

#2 is: Low air flow restriction detected

It could be as easy as the TPS, which if its the 5.7 it will be an APPS. I've seen ones that go on the fritz cause both of those DTC's. Of course, you can't rule out a wiring issue either. Best is to find someone handy with diag and a scan tool and let them get to work.
