Hi All, I'm new to the site and very impressed. I know my share about the ISB/B 5.9 but not as much as I would like to about Dodge.

Does anyone know the upper and lower ball joint replacement specs (ie. max allowed wear).

not sure of an exact spec, but you can tell when they are shot.
jack the front up , tires off the ground, with a bar, see if you can push against the tire. any play is no good.

replacing them is no fun, but with decent tools and a place to do it can be done in a day.
