I just bought my 1st diesel. After reading here for a while I couldn't help it. It is 2002 SLT 2500 with High Output Cummins, 6 speed tranny, 4x4, extended cab, long bed.

I personally think the 2001.5 is the best year cause you get the 4 wheel disk brakes and the center axle disconnect for the front axle to keep wear to a minimum. But then again maybe I'm just being biased.
