Question 2 93 dodges with fuel problems i need at least one running

one is a 93 it was running and died I changed it to manual shut down it started and ran then died again but started and ran.It was at full throttle so I
I shut it down again now it wont start at all
The other is a 93 if you prime it with diesel or gas in the turbo it will start and run like a new one but it wont idle after it warms up and when it dies you have to prime it again .It will not start hot or cold without priming it I drove it 2oo miles last week once i got it running it ran purfect I think the idle is set to low because if you hold your foot on the throttle it will stay runing.I drove it home at the speed limit on the hiway and never had a problem until I let it die then it had to be primed again hope some one can tell me what is wrong with them.Oh I also put a new lift pump on both of them it didnt help and there is no air in the systemon the one that runs but wont start.I think the pump is out on the one that wont start or run

Will it start if you give it a little throttle? If it will, then your idle is set too low.
Set the idle to 750-800 rpms.
