Is there a electrical diagram on site here that shows were the 12 BLK/WHT grd wire is??? Does anyone know where the BLK/WHT grd wire G107 is to grd to and in the wiring harness/ plug. This maybe the engines reason for being so without guts.

 

I'm not sure where G107 is actually grounded to. The diagram just shows it as a ground point. From the ground it goes to a splice, S164. I then see 3 Blk/Wht wires coming off the splice. One to the AC clutch, one to the fuel transfer pump, and one to the Cummins Bus. Hope this helps
