fass install need help

I have my new FASS 95/95 1008 I,m confused I'm not sure how to say it but here goes. On the front it is stamped H for heater (option) there is a flare fitting in the middle (not marked) and to the right there is a R stamped and plugged so I take the plug out install the fitting and double check instruction and it said to hook return to the flare fitting which is in the middle. I thought the middle connection would go to the engine(there is no E stamped on the pump) then the 90 fitting on the top I thought was for the fuel pressure gage. so who can help me that has put a FASS system on? I really do not want to wait till monday to find out.

If you do a search, spend a bit of time it is amazing what you will find.
I have not read this, so I hope my sarcasm is not in vaine.

If you do not find the answers, post again and I will continue the search.

Best of luck

EDIT: I can't get the link to work, it is at the bottom of diesel dan's signature, hopefully he will get to this before Monday

It seems to me, the port marked with the "R" is the return port. See page 8 at http://www.dieselpp.com/pdfs/install...5-200-1008.pdf or http://tinyurl.com/y8jefn and find your make/model of FASS. Good Luck.

OK....here is the pump you have. The top BRASS fitting is the supply to the injection pump. The middle fitting, as you refered to it, is indeed the return to the tank (Fitting directly above and to the left of the fuel filter). The suction line is on the back side (right side of the pump).
