1st gen clutch problem

Hi guys, my brother in law's 91 W250 won't engage the clutch. He replaced the slave cylinder and bled it and it worked fine now its not even engaging the slave cylinder at all. He bled it again and it still doesn't work. He's pretty frustrated because initially he thought it was just an o-ring and replaced it but it still doesn't work. He has no resistance in the clutch pedal at all. Any ideas. Thanks, Kurt

on the first gens you can watch the slave cylinder move. I would push the pedal down and see if the slave cylinder is working. If it is not the master cylinder for it could be bad.
