07 5.9 auto wont turn over or allow communication with OBD port. Port has power, I have radio/dash lights. No Gear indication.

Truck recently had trans work and some gauge reconfiguration, but they were all happy and working for over a week. Recently downloaded new smarty program, but that ran OK also.

Was getting Skim Key error code for a few days after Smarty download. Went through and de-wired everything and checked grounds and the areas where we were working, but I cant find anything.

Truck has a Revelco installed, but that wasn't tampered with and it was working for a year before this issue occurred.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
