My 04 Ram 3500 diesel has a staring problem. It usually starts up in the morning. But, after a short (2mile - 20 mile) drive won't start back up when I shut it off. This started after the 30,000 mile service at my dealer. The only thing they found after taking it in twice was an error code pointing at the 'crank sensor'. They replace that. But the problem persists. Anyone have any better ideas?

 

ask your dealer if your truck has the latest dodge software update. i had a starting issue with my 05 and heard there was a tcb regarding a re-flash for this problem, convinced my dealer to re-flash my truck and ever since it starts and runs better than the day i bought it.
