One the way home from trapping it started to drop rpms at idle and had a miss when giving fuel. The truck is all stock and no problems tell now.
Get it to 1800 to 2200 rpms and it sounds good and smooth. It is all low end rpms and with a rattle like I have seen on my old 96 when real cold.
All the fluids are fine and the fuel does not look to have any water in it.
Maybe A life pump, but would it be fine over 1800 rpms.
When you get it going it sounds maybe a little low on power, no smoke or anything in the oil like a injector.
No codes showing up.

Sounds similar to mine, shaking, rattling real bad at idle, at the exhaust it sounded like it dropped a valve. Was not making oil, no codes, had the injectors pulled and sent them away, two were cracked and all six had some kind of crap in them.
