01 broke bad

Here's what I do.... I have an old horn switch with two spade terminals on it. I pull the starter relay and install my switch so I can bump/crank the starter. Key on, bump starter. Lift pump will run 20 seconds. I take a pocket screwdriver and push in the schrader valve on the test port at the VP until there is good fuel flow. After that, crack #1, #3, #4 injector lines and crank until there is fuel (20 sec interval on cranking, don't want to fry the starter). Repeat as needed and it should show signs of fuel. When it does, tighten the lines and hopefully it will start running.

Good info J, that's a smart way to bleed it by yourself. I think I will make me a start switch like that.

...Just don't leave your dangerous stick shift in gear. Don't want you looking like a rodeo clown pasted to the front of a bull heading through the end of your garage....and besides, with your 06 there is NEVER a need to crack a line while bumping the starter.
