i have a 01 2500 2wd 24v deisel automatic

my new problem is that when i start the truck in the morning i let it warm up for about 4 to 5 min then take off usually about 150 yds down the block i lose power i can no longer here the turbo spooling up it just boggs down the oil pressure guage goes up almost to 110 (top of the guage) i will then let off the pedal and just coast this will go on for about 1/2 mile until whammo it kicks back in and everything is fine from then on out until i leave it off for over 4 hours like i leave home at 6:15am take lunch at noon and leave work at 3:30pm and all three time it does the same thing no matter how long i let it warm up but if say i go to lunch and start the truck 30 min to and hour no problem with anything my brother seames to think that it is an air to air leak i have checked that all ready i sometimes get so frustrated with it i just want to rev the engine and blow the darn thing lololol but i couldnt afford a new truck or i would have one this truck has never smoked except when it starts and now it smokes white smoke when i get into the pedal
