Anyone know where I can get a 4cyl cummins new or used? Or if I was to go to a junkyard, what would I poke my head into to find one? Im looking to put one in my jeep? Also, anyone know what the avg. hp/tq is in one of those motors. Thanks.

Evil I'm looking for one too. Havent had any luck in finding one that is not rebuilt and wanting almost new price for it. I would not mind buying one and rebuilding it my self. I'm looking to find a old bread truck. I think you can use the engine and tranny. just swap it in and find a way to get the transfer case to fit it.

 

Guys look around at industrial equipment junk yards this engine is used in zoom booms,log skidders, gensets, Case skid steer loaders, Komatsu uses Cummins and check Cummins ReCon inventory. I have told some of the guys before to look at industrial units and most shy away because of HP ratings, the 120 HP unit has a water cooled intercooler system with all Cummins parts to make it easier to modify for vehicle installation.
