I feel a little better after reading what’s been posted today on this thread. My front windshield, I just finished washing her down and boy am I disgusted! I only use a mitt and soap, never power wash it or use mops...just TLC for her. I'm washing the windshield and the darned thing just "spidered" from top to bottom!!!! All I could do was laugh . The worse part of it is, tomorrow she has a 0900 appointment for inspection! I guess it could be.....worse. Speaking of worse the Eagles are getting ready to start.

Odometer giving me a headache,
and some kind of ticking noise that is driving me nuts, cause I cannot tell if it is normal of if I have a real problem.
New rear window
new door seals
the little felt strips that run on both sides of the windows as that roll up (forgot that name)
A interior trim piece
New paint and some body work
ect...........

- Fix broken drivers bucket seat back (won't stay in the upright position w/o a prop behind it)
- Reroute exhaust to exit outside body
- Turn front rotors
- Adjust rear brakes
- Change fuel filters
- Figure out why exhaust brake won't build pressure
- Find the electrical short in the exhaust brake circuit

That's just the list of what has to be done before leaving on a trip towing trailer in 2.5 weeks.

Need windshield replaced as there is a big POW just to the right of directly in front of me.

Need a left front driving light as it got POWed sometime before the windshield.

Need tires pretty bad!

Need to change the oil.

Otherwise what a great truck!

Oh jeez, somebody just HAD to ask this question

Here goes, in no particular order:

-Brakes; pads, rotors, booster, master cylinder probably
-New rocker panels
-New fenders
-New bed sides or a complete bed
-Tailgate
-Need paint (electric blue is what I'm gonna get done)
-Valve cover gaskets
-Clock spring
-Door hinge/pin kit
-Front end stuff (tie rod ends, seals etc)
-Windshield wipers

I think I'll start out with the windshield wipers, they're the cheapest.

- I wrung off three of the eight bolts that hold the bed to the frame when i removed the body lift. It sorta flops a bit. There's a number of the spot-welds that hold the floor of the bed to the underside frame rails that have torn out through the years. Perhaps some over-sized rivets with back-up washers will fix that. I dunno. Gonna have to completely remove the bed to do it right.

- Gotta sort out the electrical gremlins. Something's up with the HVAC blower popping the fusible link.

- Paint.

- Then there's the issue with the truck not moving as fast as I'd like when accelerating. I've got a couple more foundation type things to address (head studs, O-ringing) before adding more fuel and air.

- That egg-shaped tire on the rear/passenger side.

- I found a small spit in the 14 year old fabric of the drivers seat last night. DOH!!

I need to
-Replace the TPS (I think)
-Front brakes
-Change fuel filter
-New latch for sliding rear windows
-Replace bulbs in head lights (one it kind of dim)
-Get tires balanced (I hope that will fix it)
-Get truck painted so it doesn't look like crap
