....seems that I had a Prof in college that SWORE that a colleague of his had patented a material called "Dickalloy" - based on the fact that the mored you worked the material (beat it), the harder it gets....never had the nerve to actually check to see if it was patented...

 

Ages ago while I was doing work as a machinist, the small job shop where I worked got an order from the Kansas City Rubber company for some molds for condoms. We made them out of screw stock.
