What do you do with a '96 F350 with a blown PSD ?

My junkyard in Delaware just got a 99 7.3 F350 2wd with the 7.3. Let me know if you need their number.

I'm with the guys who say to replace it with a reman or a used 7.3. If budget is any concern at all, it's the right way to go.

honestly if he's staying stock or mildly modifed a psd is the way to go. Now if he were going for absolute hp id say cummings swap.
