Ujoint problems are very common on 3rd gen trucks, and you may not be able to see the problem just by getting under the truck and feeling the joints for looseness. Sometimes one of a joint's cups will be seized solid and you won't be able to find it unless you remove the shaft completely from the truck and rotate each joint through its arc.

Just pointing that out because I've seen that many many times. You could very well have a tire out of round or out of balance, bent wheel etc.

Hope you find something.
