Same here please pm me the site, Far as the guy in the army goes..we had one come to work for us that was a suppose to be operator and dump trk driver..His first words when he opened the door of one of our trks was " oh it's a stick all the trks I drove were autos" So that one statement give you an impression of our military know how.. Was fun watching him try to learn how to shift an 8LL though.

 

Yep, we hired a guy from the Air Force who was an experienced "truck driver" Turned out he had only driven GSA issue hydraulic braked box trucks. A 10 speed was a deep dark mystery to him.

wow...twins are easy to build now...and if you put twins on a cummins then you are gonna wanna look into some larger injectors for more fuel and a bigger intercooler to cool the larger air mass.

and can someone explain detonation when it comes to a diesel...i know in a gasser it was bad and meant that my ford SVT lightning would spit a rod out the side of the block...but someone relate it to a diesel, is it jsut when the cylinder fires before the proper timing?
