wow!! the toyo story was a TRIP carbureted diesel!!! wow! lol, i have an 89 ford....sorry, the dodge is coming soon, and before i put my turbo on it, i had the fuel turned 1/2 a turn. that's a LOT for the old ford. neways, there was a lady in a suburban tailgating me, and i was going 75 in the fast. the old ford don't necessarily "like cruising at anywhere above 75 with 4.10's, and she was tailgating me hard.... i dunno what you call it really if you don't have a tailgete, but i let her have a good dose of the #2 choke smoke for about 20 seconds. it would really smoke at 3,000 rpm's with no turbo!!!! and shortly after that i got a good chewin' from my buddie's momma when we were racing one day. she put it very nicely as "flippin black smoke" lol it was hard to kee a straight face, but i did out of respect. and i have smoked a few dodges before they get a chance to get around me.... i can choke as long as the edal is to the floor, it's great. and when you'r riding behind me, it really is hard to see the road. true dual 3" with glasspacks and 90's out behind the tires. i can choke on both sides!

I had a good one today: A kid that had been following me in town from the 1 stop light, to the 4th light, and In to the gas station, he got out and as we were walkin in he says to me, Hey man your truck was really smokin black stuff every time you started to leave a light! I played dumb and said ,really?? Must me my fuel pump!!! As we were leaving I asked him to see if it still does it and I backed up, looked out my mirror to make sure my sewer pipe was at his opened widow -{SMOKIN A CIG} put it in 2nd and proceeded to show him the black within!!!!!! Think I filled the car up!

My 5 year old daughter informed me of a dream that she had this week. She said that in her dream, I came to pick her up from school. She said that I pulled up next to her class room, blew the horn, and then filled the whole school with smoke. She said that her teacher came and pulled me out of the truck, took me inside and called her grandma (my mother) ..... who came and spanked me and took the truck away from me.

I told her that I was offended. I don't know what would ever make her think that I would do something like that.

I really hate to throw water on everyone's campfire, but I have a question for all of you guys who are talking about making so much smoke that cars have to back off from you because they can't see.

You've apparently been lucky so far, but when you create so much smoke that it causes an accident are you going to go back to the scene to assist with the injured and/or dead and take responsibility for your actions??

I'll admit that I think it's kind of cool to see some black smoke pouring out of my tail pipe, but if it's to the point that it is becoming a road hazard then I think it's being a little bit irresponsible. Wouldn't you agree??

Yep

After reading all of these, and the ones on the TDR, I actually went out and adjusted my starwheel.

Of course I was TRYING to turn it up, but went the WRONG WAY, and now it only smokes when I lug it HARD. Oh Well, not like I'm going to hurt my clutch.

Disclaimer: Although I aslo don't see the point in "smoking" people out for no apparent reason, nor does my truck smoke like a lot of the trucks on the road.
BUT don't tailgate me or "pace" me on the freeway, or there will quickly become an "apparent reason!"

HeHe,
Chris

As i and Chris have said, i dont do it to random people. Its not a weapon or anything of the sort. First of all Hoss, for your information, i would go back and help the people if I ever created an accident. I would outright pay for their medical bills. I am not trying to be a Jerk here, just explain my personal reasons and opinions. I will not further discuss this on a thread, but if you have a problem and would like to speak to me, Please by all means PM me, or IM me at DeezleCowboy on AIM.

Sincerly,
Dominick

Slow down there, partner. I don't have a problem with ANYONE on this thread. I was asking a simple question. Just wondering if you folks who like to smoke up the intersections had thought about the possible consequences.

It's good that you'd go back. I would hope that most folks would. Of course, if some man's daughter gets killed because he couldn't see through your smoke and had a wreck then I don't think he's going to care too much about your coming back to help.

All I'm saying is this: Smoke is cool sometimes, but overdoing can be careless and dangerous. I'd hate for anyone here to be charged with negligent homicide or manslaughter because they thought it would be fun to smoke up an intersection.

No need to get all upset.

All i got to say if the tobacco companies say second hand smoke dont kill any one. well then i guess a lil #2s not gonna hurt but thats my 2cents. Heres my story bout gettin smoked, i was commin home from the local gaylans and this ferd pulled out of the local tech school. it had stacks bout 6 ins over the bed nice and level with my window. the lil flammer skipped a gear and loaded my cab
i caught up wit him at the stop light and give him a lil taste of cummin power(alltho it didnt work out quite as nice as his smokin but i got revenge )
