Sears - Diehard Platinum Battery Sale

SEARS - 20% OFF all DieHard Automotive Batteries + Additional $5 off + Free in-store pickup.

PLUS you can also get another $5 off $50 or more using coupon code SEARS2014. If you're a SYWR member you can also use additional points coupons on batteries instead of the $5 off, or even try stacking the discount offers and the points offers. You can also use the $35.00 off of $300 code during online checkout which is Sears35OFF300 for additional savings. Don't forget the 5 dollar battery return award card that Sears offers. Bring in 2 batteries and get 10 dollars towards a future purchase.

In-store pickup is free. Note: You must pickup at the Auto Department or Automotive Center, not the regular Merchandise Pick-up area.

Installation is usually extra if you don't have the time or the tools to do it yourself .....or just flat out lazy.

This is a good deal for the top-of-the line DieHard Platinum series batteries, which are re-badged, grey-container AGM Odyssey batteries made in the USA by the parent company EnerSys.

I am in no way affiliated with Sears. I am just passing along the deals on quality products. Especially those manufactured in the USA.

Son of a gun. Just bought two of the 31m's at work a few days ago for one of the delivery box trucks that had the batts crap out over the weekend. Thought about waiting to see if they would come on sale but couldn't wait needed the truck the next day. Best I could get was the $50 off over 300 or 400 (iirc it was code bigauto).

They are good batteries. Have had them in my truck for several years now. changed stockers out with 6 years on them and have had the Diehards for a little over 3 years now.

Maybe time to check my daughters car battery and grab another Diehard.. Thanks

Sigh.... I miss the 15% employee discount I used to get when I worked there. I got an sears card and often they had a 15% off if you put it on the card. I bought my Craftsman tool box for less than half its regular price by combining the two discounts with the sale price!

are also on sale, I need 2 new ones for the boat.
I like to give Sears my business.

For those that don't get what the OP said about them being re branded Odysseys, that means they are top of the line AGM batteries.
I have 2 Odyssey batts that were in my boat since 09 and switched them to the truck last year as I left the boat in storage before moving north (truck batteries were on their last legs).
Being about exactly 5 yrs old now they still perform like new. Had enough juice to crank my truck over and run the grids probably 20x after sitting in -25 deg weather not plugged in for days. (Was my bad injectors that made it not fire when it was that cold.
In short, about the best batteries you can buy IMO.
