Pull started a semi the other day
I work at a pretty big trucking company and I got a call of a 05 International w/ a bad starter hooked up to a van trailer w/ about 17k pounds in it. We don't have a shop truck so I took mine (see signature). I got there and the truck is sitting on a hill pointing up. I hooked up to him and got it rolling in 4 low in 1st gear. I told the guy to honk the horn when he got it running. He dropped the clutch and the truck fired but never honked. He hit the brakes and just about stopped me, I thought it was trying to start so I shifted into 2nd and flat footed it. I had all 4 tires smoking when the guy was flashing his lights at me and laughing his a** off. The truck/trailer wieghed a little over 51k lbs. Not super heavy but I was proud of my old dodge, for not being built too much, it pulled pretty good.
