Electronic 466's need all new software for a rerate. My I/H dealer would do it for $500.00 clams, BUUUT you are limited in the increase. So your 190 could go to 210-215 max. Anything more than that needs internals. I believe Pittsburgh power may have something to help you.

The Powerstroke 10k mod is supposed to work on the DT66E's.

Not that it adds much, but it's something.

Well that figures... leave it to me to get a motor that can't be easily modded. But hey, at least I get 10MPG hauling a 12,000lb trailer!

The DT360 is shorter than the DT466/408, about 2" if I remember correctly. Like Dave said, blue paint is about the only thing the same.

The DT408 has a slightly smaller bore than the DT466. 4.3" vs 4.59" with a 4.68" stroke.
