need help adding to jcwhitney.com order

Hi everyone, I've been trying for days to add enough to an order I have to do with jcwhitney in order to arrive at free shipping (it's just not worth it otherwise). I have a Ram 3500 and I am SURE there are general maintenance kinds of things that I could definitely use. But I haven't had the truck long enough to know for sure what I need. I did just put Stabil into it for the winter (not driving it much in winter--mostly for towing a trailer) but they don't sell that or anything like it (as far as I can tell). I know people are supposed to use fuel additives sometimes but I haven't researched this topic yet (so many things to research and decisions to make!) and I only see one on their website (don't know if it's a good one, for diesel, etc.). I'm just not sure what kinds of maintenance items I could use. Can any of you help me out by suggesting some useful things?

Thanks and sorry I have to ask this kind of question!

Eileen

Thanks--I have often tried to figure out what to do with my arm when I am driving all day. It fits so perfectly in my Toyota but I can't seem to find a place for it in the truck. I'll have to get in the truck and see if that cushion in that place would work for me.

Thanks again, Eileen

The wax they have isn't the kind I'm used to buying. But I did find bike wax last night, and I'm checking out the arm rest in my truck today. I don't have a whole lot left that I have to spend for $99--maybe $20.

Thanks, Eileen

A couple of other usefull items Whitney sells for around $20 are door edge and door sill protectors

Thanks everybody for the suggestions. I'm still about $16 off! I don't know how to use, or couldn't find, some of the things you suggested. . . Darn it, I'm hoping to place the order tonight!

Try these

I use the black ones on my rigs

Take a look at your door sill especially on the driver's side and you'll see the need for these. If you've had the truck long the paint will be worn off or on it's way to it from dragging your feet over it getting in and out.

BTW, you are wise to go for free shipping from Whitney. I've found it not worth it to do otherwise. They charge way too much for S&H. Many times I wait until they offer free shipping on any amount order before I do business with them.
