My Experience with Don M (F1 Injectors)

Evenin, DTR...

Recently, I sent my Injectors to Don M for some new tips. Again, customer service at it's best... he answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was informed about what was going on.

Now... for the good part... I paid for ground shipping, however, Don sent them 2 day air because they got shipped a little late (it happens sometimes, right?) Then, due to a typo, they were shipped to the wrong place... Don got on the horn with his shipper, (who was unwilling to move them down the road to the correct address, and shipped them all the way back to Tx to Don), and overnighted them back to me the second that he got them... only a day later than I should have gotten them.

Take-away: There was a problem, and Don made it right with out me saying one word, and he made it right in a hurry. Not only did I get some great injectors, I had a great person to deal with, not some 18 year old answering the phone for a nickle an hour.

Don... thanks for being that guy. I'll do business with you from now on, and your name is gold with me.

Nice to hear.................................now if he could just come up and do the install on a CR...........................I'd really like to avoid that project, but I believe some 40-50 tips are in my future solely for mileage increase reasons.

Install with the directions floating around on the net is very straight forward, heck if I can do it the 5-6 times I have a trained monkey can. Don has always taken care of me as well, heck my first set of performance sticks I sent to him he had to cut the the injector tip retaining nut off cause they wouldnt even come off with an impact. Never said a thing and just sent them back on time completed, took him and his helper an extra half day messing with someone elses sticks (from me) and he didnt even complain. Best of the best in my book.
