Question MBRP Power Tube

My friend has a 05 Powerstroke. He is going with the MBRP 4in Turbo back. They talked him into Power tube. Anyone have one or know is works or not.

Don't get excited but if you really want to know about what works or ferd's then try posting on a ferd site. they might be running one and be able to tell you about it.
I'm sure if it was a Cummins product you would have gotten a reply by now.

Come on it not just a ford product. Is is a MBRP we do know what that is don't we. If not why would it be advertised on Diesel Truck Resource.com I will have to do a Google on it.

I'm sure MBR is a great product and i am not knocking it, just don't know about it.

After a quick Google search I did not find a lot of info on it but did see prices in the $175 to $185 range. I don't know if a short peice of stainless pipe and a couple of clamps is worth the gains you get from it.

It works! I know that cuz I clicked the link and it said "It works!"

Seriously though if you put a smaller diameter peice of pipe in an exhaust it will speed up the exhaust while increasing backpressure. Dunno if it'd do a lick of good on our trucks, but I doubt it.
