Thumbs up Love my cummins!!

Ya know I browse on here alot and I see little complaints about things that shouldnt ( in my eyes) be complained about. We all drive trucks that can haul a house if needed And when we want to can outrun little sports cars Powerjunks etc.... And the reliability we get is unsurpassed! I am on my third cummins now, and everyone of them have been great trucks. My 1990 4x4 was like riding on a tractor, but it was reliable. In my opinion the cummins is very close to the perfect engine. And even with 500 hp these trucks are reliable (if built properly). Anyways, I know everyone here knows what us dodge owners have been blessed with But I think we all tend to over look it sometimes. CUMMINS ROCK!!!! I think the only downside is we are big contributors to global warming

I agree..... I think we have the most dependable trucks out there! I dont care what you drive your going to have some kind of problems with your truck weather it is a power - joke, a chevy, or the cummins..... its just that the cummins has the fewest problems with there engines even when ya turn em up..... I love my CTD I would never drive anything but a cummins.....

I love my truck, and i'm gonna drive it until it won't let me anymore. I have no complaints, but some of my passengers think it's to loud when they ride in it, so I might invest in some good dynamat or somthing to seal it up real nice. But the engine....it leaves me speachless all the time, I love it.

Well I have two '96 12vs right now and have had ZERO engine problems on either of them, except for replacing a fuel shutoff solenoid on my 3500 right after I bought it.

Both of them are going to be driving until the wheels fall off.

Heh, if one of those dudes who switch to a Tundra in another thread gives me their 98.4 12v, it will last me till I die or the fuel reserves run out

Just tell 'em to call a cab! The noise is half the fun!

I've owned my truck since Feb. I bought a music player(mp3) specifically because my truck has an adapter for it. Used it 1 month. I just like listening to the engine work when I drive. Never owned a diesel before either.

This is my first truck. I knew I wanted a Cummins deisel/Dodge. I was right.

I've had buyers remorse over $100 household items. NEVER a hint of it from this truck purchase.

I'm just delighted with it.

I have to agree with you on the whole "listening to the Cummins" thing... Normally I love to listen to music on the highway, but I find that I would almost rather open up both my side windows (the little window in the back of the reg. cab makes the straight pipe just a little to loud ) and just listen to the truck.

I love my cummins! I have had issues here and there which are very irratating for a brand new truck. I wish I had more knowledge when buying cause I would have gone with a 6 speed 4x4 dually. I need more room in the bed and more stability.

Cummins is the best period. I have owned fords and chevy's. They are good but not great. This is my first cummins and it was almost by accident as I have been mostly a chevy man my entire life. I believe this is a close to perfect as an engine can be.

Can someone tell who is driving their trucks on other planets in this solar system to make them rise in temperature at the same rate as the earth.
