No, I didn't use the http://www.........

That is some truck/trailer combo!!

I wouldn't want to get one of those stuck with a M1 on the trailer.......that would be HEAVY!!.....I guess you could always use your cargo to help get you unstuck!!

The trailer tires must be solid?
that looks like the same set up for the k-loaders we use to load our planes. next time i get the chance will take some pics of it. but anyway that is a cool rig.

Little info on the rig for you guys. We have dozens of them and hundreds of tanks.

The tires on the trailer, count'em, 40, are set on double gang axles. Mostly they are Michelins, 17.5 diameter. 100 pds air pressure. Each axle steers in relation to the tractor. Weird thing is, with the steering, the trailer tracks in the same path as the tractor. Last axle on the tractor counter steers also.

Each individual axle on the trailer can be lifted hydrallically (sp).

Info on the M-1: 1500 Hp turbine, average weight 60+ tons, speed 45 mph.
Burns diesel, JP8
takes 5 gallons to start the turbine.
