I have a bone stock 99 24 valve. A friend of mine is selling me a "like new" edge hot Comp. I am wanting opinions on what other performance mods I should put on my truck to make this operate safely so I do t burn up my vp44. I have a air dog 150 pump I just need to buy the fitting get for the vp pump. But other than a upgraded fuel system is there any recommendations on steps I should take?

Whenever you are adding fuel/power you should look into a good set of gauges with boost and pyro at a minimum. Depending on how much power you are adding fuel pressure and drive pressure would also be worthwhile.
