Is there anywhere on this site, (did a search) that explains the function of the different parts on teh turbo.

Quik rundown..... 95 Dodge, 300000 miles. Turned a bearing in bottom end. Put a motor from a 96 in it and it is a pig... Just doesn't seem to spool up at all. Now, i know there is a compressor pump, a wastegate actuator, of course teh turbo, and other parts. I have a srt 4 with a big turbo on it, so it should be kind of close to the same, but not really. But, still a little lost on where it is not boosting....
