Glacier diesel power

well, i though i would post something in reference to Richard at Glacier diesel power. i made an online purchase through paypal, and ordered a complete fuel system kit. for some reason , my order went through, and the money went, but for some reason the order was not there, and no invoice was generated. I just got off the phone from Richard him self.he called me to check up on why i sent this payment and to see what happened to the invoice/order.
i know some times alot of people don't have much to say about a company unless something went wrong or the such. i just wanted to say thanks so much for your call, and so quick. Little things like this go along way with customer service and i would not hesitate to send anyone his way. i think that is the way all people should do business.i talk to him about a couple of issues with my truck, and he was more then helpful too.
anybody looking at purchasing stuff from Glacier diesel should not be affraid of getting ripped, or having great customer support.
i know there are alot of good companies out there, so i though i would just state the fact this is one of them.
Terry

I agree. Richard is great to deal with. Very nice to talk to and is willing to go the extra mile to help. I know there are others out there that I have not dealt with personally that do a fantastic job. Its one of those things where something goes wrong everybody hears about it but when all the things go right you dont hear anything. Its great to give recognition and praise to those out there that do an outstanding job. My hats off to you all!!

Thanks for taking the time to post some good comments about a vendor!
You are right, too many times people want to crticize vendors before they give them a chance to make things right.

And I agree with you and the other members here that Richard Martin @ "Glacier Diesel" is a great person and vendor to deal with!! He has sold several systems to our N.C./VA DTR Crew and all of our dealings with him have been great!

yup, i agree, i have had a great amount of deals with different companies, and most of the deals i have had, are good. i just though i would take the time to mention for those out there that might find it scary to deal with the vendors through web sites and internet. in this case it was a perfect example of them getting payment, but not knowing what it was for.they could have waited or just not did anything, but he had emailed me, i was out, and he called too to confirm why i had sent payment.in less then 5 mins everything was back in order and the order was processed.
i had another dealing with Airaid, in which i had a filter rip at the base, i called them direct, and with in minutes they had a new one sent out to me, no questions asked, just send back the old one so they could see where it failed.this site has been a great site for information and a great way to find these vendors. i can't say enough about the people that keep this running and the great people on here from web wheeler to the stand up vendors!!!

Yeah, Richard at Glacier is a stand up guy. I'd do business with him any day.

I just called Richard during the middle of our below zero weather about a week ago to ask him how much of an increase in fuel pressure I could expect running one of his Walbro systems. I was concerned because my fuel pressure gauge was maxed out!!! He told me his opinion after I explained everything to him. Turns out, he was correct!!! He's a stand up guy in my book!!!
