Ford F350 wheels

I have a local guy interested in buying a set of Hummer H2 wheels from me. He owns a 2000 Ford F350, does anyone know if my wheels will work fine on his truck?
He told me he has a 4 or 4.5" lift on it so that wouldn't be a problem. I believe the lug pattern is the same but I don't know if the back-spacing would be an issue or not.
He currently has 35x12.50 on his truck also, so I guess I need confirmation on the lug pattern and the backspacing question...
We plan to just try them on but I don't want to waste my time if they are not going to work..

thanks.
