My dad called today.....<br><br>He's been looking for a new truck, something <br><br>[move]DIESEL!!!!!!!!!!![/move]<br><br>He currently drives a '95 F350 Dually Crewcab. with 460, 4spd auto. <br><br>He really likes the truck [undecided] and it has been good to him, very few problems, body is in great shape, but is such a hog on gas it's unbelievable. He told me re was looking at getting a repower, swap the 460 for a powerjoke.... Anyone ever done this??<br><br>What I propose ;D ;D is we swap the 460 for a 5.9 Cummins! <br> 8)<br><br>anyone ever done that??? <br><br>Think we can maker 'er work?? <br>Sounds like a sweet project....<br><br>Anyone have any input?

 

Or how about an 8.3L cummins? A guy on TDR did this a while ago. A lot of work to get that big ***** in there though.
