Dodge vs the Suburban ??????
Is Dodge ever going to make an entry into the large SUV market and compete with the Suburban and Excursion? I would love a Cummins powered Dodge SUV in the 3/4 ton class . Anybody out there wish for the same thing?
On a side note, is Chevy ever going to put the D-max/allison in the suburban?

I would like to have an old ramcharger with a 4bt in it. But I agree that dodge should have a large SUV based on the full size truck. They should have done that instead of the aspen.

Hintz you'red kidding right? I'm a Ford guy but the Chargers and 300's are very sharp looking automobiles!
Btw, Ford no longer makes Excursions the biggest 'suburban' they sell is an Exedition.

This place puts Duramaxes in Suburbans http://www.duramaxsuburban.com/Duram...ersations.html
A bombed diesel Suburban with quadrasteer would be really wild . Then add this to make it interesting http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOyt6...eature=related

The large SUV market is pretty much controlled by GM. Suburbans are tough and have been on the market since 1936. Ford took a risk trying to get in on that market but didn't do so well. I think Dodge was wise in not trying to go there.

Ford should have never quit making the Bronco . The Dodge Ramcharger never quite had the market share it probably deserved . I see more and more State Police and DOT going to Chevy Tahoes . Surprisingly the Tahoe will run circles around a Crown Vic.
