hey have you thought about the upswept sales of all diesel trucks in the world for personnel trucks not being use for work and the ones used for work. that is why our fuel is going up so they can RAPE us for more money besides they know that we don't have a chose we can't choose a cheaper fuel like gassers we have to pay whatever they charge us. That's my mouth full on that

In June our local refinnery was purchased by a lower 48 company. The first thing the new owner did was to raise fuel by 14 cents a gallon. With in 30 days fuel prices had gone from a $1.65 to $1.95 per gallon on diesel. The response from the new owner was that our low fuel prices need to be adjusted to match the rest of the country. What ever happened to supply and demand? Last week I purchased heating fuel at $1.66 per gallon total cost for my house and garage $1408.

Angry Fuel Prices

How does everyone feel about the price of Diesel going up.
We all know that Diesel is only about two steps above Crude oil in the refining process.
So anyway the price of Diesel at the pumps here in Baltimore is $2.05 a gallon.
Gotta work some overtime to fill the tank.
So how's prices in the rest of the world?
let me know.

Just merged 4 separate threads in two forums, all with the subject of "Diesel Fuel Prices".

For simplicity, Let's try to keep it all in one place.

Thanks

Simplicity? What that mean?

$1.93 at the beginning of last week.
$1.97 by Wednesday.
$2.09 Friday morning.
$2.19 when I drove by this morning.

Station down the street was still $2.09, going to try to hit that on the way home from work today,
fingers crossed.

Here is Melbourne, Florida, the price went from 1.82/gal to 2.09/Gal in less than two weeks.

Something wrong with that.

The price of diesel shot up $0.15 in a matter of days. All it took was for oil futures to reach over $50 per barrel. It's not like any fuel station bought diesel at the rate caused by the $50 per barrel future. They just saw the writing on the wall and passed the buck to the consumer. Thank God for 35 gallon tanks and 40 gallon bed tanks! I bought before this and I think I might have enough to last through this ridiculous gouging.

yeah, the gouging seems to pass quickly enough, but the length seems to get longer by a week or so every year.

In the just the last 4 weeks diesel prices have gone up 16% in the Jacksonville Florida area. This is without any storm gougging., just normal increase. Has anyone thought about what this kind of increase is going to do or has done to the cost of other things. Truckers can't make it on what they where charging to haul just last month so everything that they haul will increase in price 16 - 20% just to brake even...this sh*T has to stop.

Just filled up before taking a family vacation last Thursday. I paid $2.04 per gallon which is the highest I've ever paid on my area. When I first bought this truck in the spring, fuel was $1.69 and has climbed up from there...dropped down for a quick period, then back up.

diesel is now more than 93 octane premium gas .

While driving on vacation, I noticed one station that was charging $2.18/gallon .

This is outragous
