This is what I heard about who owns who, YUGO will be buying out Ford and Navistar, they will be changing the name to YU-FO 
GM is going to aquired by Delorean motor Co. (spelling) after his big cocaine deal goes thru, and Cummins is really owned by a company called BIG JOHNSON, they have felt it best to leave Cummins named as is, because marketing has not come up with a way to market "driving a BIG JOHNSON" just yet.
