Cummins Inc. rocks!!

Not sure whether its the corporate chain at Cummins or the privately owned Cummins Power Systems shops, but they have parts and service open til midnight, and last night i called at 8p.m. with another part number I needed. They said it was out of stock but they'd order for delivery today, so I told them my closest dealer was Cummins Power of Glen Burnie (20 miles away). The guy says "No sir, we ship directly to your location" so I say ok. The fed-ex guy that delivers to my work just told me at 2p.m. that he already dropped a package off at my house.

The Cummins parts and service dept is great, they really do care about getting customers back on the road ASAP.

PS- when i picked up the some parts at the Cummins Power store yesterday the guy gave me the tip that i get one free quick serve online registration with my engine serial number to look up parts numbers, TSB's, recalls, exploded views of engine parts.

getblown5.9. Can you pm me the number you called? That is awesome that they will ship directly to your house. Glen Burnie is a good drive for me as well.

I've tried the quickserve website. I only wish that it showed current prices for parts.
