Couldnt resist...craigslist ad

Stumbled across this today when I was bored. I was rolling on the floor. Make sure to take note of the following:
1. how much he wants for this POS
2. The custom, above hood intake....
3. They dyno numbers
4. How much he wants for this POS

dynoed at more than 400rear wheel hp and 1805 ftlbs of torque at 50mph.
That's more than a lot of semi engines with a 14 liter motor. WOW!!

I always thought a dyno measured hp and torque at RPM's not speed. I guess I've been wrong all along.

How do you get the rollers under the truck when it's doing 50mph?

I wish I knew his tuning secret. If I could get 4.5 foot pounds of torque per horsepower I would really have something I could sell.

Yeah that torque to hp ratio is very impressive. If it makes that kind of torque at 50 mph imagine what it makes at 70 mph! lol The secret must be the "fuel rail plate". I didn't know they had a fuel rail back then. This must be one of those experimental first HPCR engines.

looks like he read up on some of our posts and threw some words together that sounded impressive. I think he has 1 too many zeros in the price.

gotta give him some credit. If you look close in the pictures you can see he at least has gauges. That must be how he got 1800 lbs of torque

I'm pretty sure that the trans would be gone long before he got to 1805 # of tq. that much would also produce about 800# at idle which would likely require a dual disk clutch.
