Pour ya some kitty litter over it and leave it to soak for a bit...should soak up most if not all of the fuel and get rid of the slipperiness (not quite sure if that is a word!)

I spray it with Brakeclean then mop it up with a paper towel.

Floor dry to soak up fuel, then a degreaser like simple green or purple panther to remove the remaining stain.

I would start over and use a good de-greaser agent. The stuff I use here is called "green tornado"... or like what was mentioned before..."Simple green" But you can get stronger stuff.

Did you have any dry-sweep before attempting to clean?
If not than the water evenly spread it over other areas.

Laundry soap is a pretty good degreaser, I wound up washing my floor with a bucket of hot water and laundry soap after I changed the motor on my samurai.
Did a pretty good job...

"Floor Dry" is better than kitty litter, and grind the floor dry into the floor with your foot over the stain area.........its like an eraser for concrete.

Then after you can hit it with a shot of brakekleen or simple green is good too and a scrub.

Talking

Try a Match! that will dry it up real quick.
Speedy dry works good on my garage floor, gets up everything, ATF, oil, spilled beer
You gotta put the speedy dry down then rub it in real good with your feet, Kinda like break dancin. that'll get it up.
