with calif new emission requirements

just woundering is this going to force people to be non registered cant get it Licensed. and force to sell there trucks b/c they cant get tages for them in calif. if so i can only wounder what will happen in other states. I have seen a lot of diesel trucks for sell and there all from California just got me thinking. or worrying.

THAT'S the day I look for a new place to live, Rocky Mountain States or a 40'+ Catamaran and move offshore.
