Ford has always had a problem with their vehicles catching on fire.
..........Pintos, Crown Vics, Explorers, and now Diesel pickups......

 

Thats no surprise is it. At least now there gonna have to fix some of their probs.

 

That sucks for them. Glad I didn't buy a Ford because I almost tried something new. I just couldn't stray from the Cummins...

 

My Mom had a recall on her 2001 F150, told me she couldn't park in the garage anymore because the cruise control could burn the house down.

 

I almost bought a Super Duty, but my two Cummins loving sons saved me. Sure am glad, I love my CTD!

 

yea, my brother just got an expedition and my whole family took it on a trip to new york a few weeks ago, well at my turn to drive the first thing i hear is, "dont use cruise control it might catch on fire!" im like what?!?!?! ( i HATE not having cruise control driving on the highway!) so that was the end of driving that thing!

 

yea..... sounds like ford.....
