Yep....Sears has them in all sizes. I just bought a set of them last week so I could take that stupid plastic bedliner out of my truck.

Hoss, I went to the local sears and every person I asked looked at me like I was some kind of idiot. They didn't have them. I tore that store apart trying to find them. Maybe I'll try some place up in College Station. Thanks for the help yall. I'm realy anxious to get this thing in and see how it does.

BigBlue,
Well, one last suggestion. Why not just go to your favorite local garage and borrow a torx to remove the screw and then replace it with an ordinary one.
My local Dodge dealer mechanis loaned me his driver.
Good luck

Oh, one other suggestion...just use a small drill on the end of your torx bit to create a recess.

I've thought about drilling the torx bit out. I might try that when I get back in town. Thanks for the help everyone. I'll get some pics up as soon as I get it installed.

Well, I put it on and the truck HATED it. It wouldn't spool worth a ****. I'm gonna try and relocate the IAT sensor and see if that helps. Disconnecting the muffler REALLY helped spool up. This thing screamed and sounded awesome. I'll keep yall up to date on how this turns out. I know removing the muffler helped the mileage. I floored it all night and the needle didn't even move. It used to drop about 1/8 of a tank. I'm really curious as to why it wouldn't spool with the BHAF. Either it is really clogged (it was running great on my truck) or the IAT sensor wasn't getting a good reading. I don't know. I do know that the BHAF fell off during a run and the truck REALLY moved then. I'm thinking the filter is clogged. Any suggestions yall? Oh ya. I slightly drilled the anti tamper **** off. Just enough to get the torx bit in there.

Never hurt my truck. EGT's and boost numbers were the same when I pulled it off as they were when I put it on.

FYI: if you need some tamper-resistant torx keys, mcmaster-carr has them on page 2663. parts express also has them if you search their site [cheaper than mcmaster, comes in screwdriver bit type package with tamper proof torx & hex].

i have a few sets that i have purchased from other places [princess auto in canada] for just a few $$$$ on sale

FYI, I found the tamper proof torx bits at sears NOT by the mechanics tools, but over by the woodworking tools in the drill bit section. You'll find other screwgun bits there, and in all that there was a section of security Torx bits as well.

I know this is probably too late, but FYI.
