I need to add another hanger back there... if the pipe sags, it gets down to about an inch clearance... if I pull it up/back I've got almost 3" of clearance and still clear the spare great. but it's raining like mad today, so it gets to sag (still got enough clearance )

Yea! ... That's how mine is gonna look. I like it! I'm so glad at the last minute I decided to go with the 5" instead of the 4". I guess 6" doesn't look too big once it's on the truck. Fits it nicely.

I like how you can see the clamp and where the 6" tip meets the pipe

Well... If you're going to have a tip, you're going to see where it meets the pipe. Doesn't look bad imo. A lot of people have tips...

Is it just me or is that a hanger in the pic with the Coke can in the tip? There's no way to avoid it. Oh wait, leave the back of your rig covered in soot to draw attention a way from it.

I used a stainless band clamp for the tip to pipe connection rather than the u-bolt it came with.

Not much you can do about the last hanger though, it's using the existing hanger mount and it has to be there...that's a lot of pipe to support without it.

I figured as much. I gotta stick up for my girl though.

Only a diesel head notices the details. Anyone else is in awe from the sheer size of the pipe.

Got my tip today. It is so big! Looks like it belongs on a big rig... But the 6" diameter isn't too bad. Glad I went with the 6".
