The majority of the 4bt engines have a rotary style pump on them, however in the late 90's, something makes me think 97 but don't hold me to that, there was a p-pumped version of the engine. A Buddy of mine has a p-pumped 4bt in a 96 Chevy truck, it is twin charged capable of 115 lbs of boost and made 550 ft lbs of torque. However, when it was on the dyno it had a blown intake gasket and only built 65 lbs.
