35" M/T's Rubbing bad with a 2 inch lift

Well sure are heck, I got to get the 35 inch tires put on and they rub BAD......

I already have a 2 1/2 inch, but now I have to switch it out with a **** 5 1/2 lift....

Don't get me wrong it's going to look awesome when it's done, I guess it's only money. The rims are 18 x 10 which is probably the main reason. Ultimately I'm only adding 3 more inches so it's not a dissaster....

Do they rub all the time or just over bumps? I have virtually the same set up as you on my 01. Everyonce in a while I'll get rub @ full lock going over a bump or if a take a speed bump too fast. I learned to live with mine, its not too bad

They're hitting at close to 1/2 turn, and since the truck is new I didn't want to hack the crap out of it to make it work... I said screw it and ordered a Fabtech 5 1/2 inch lift, I'm only adding 3 more inches and the price otd is $1300 and since I was going to order $500 bucks in shocks anyways it made sense.

Plus the ex-wife will hate it, so it's a bonus......

it is your rims, they have too much backspacing.
