WMO question

Can you get in trouble for running wmo on a public highway? I ask beacuse you do not pay a highway use tax just like running red fuel. I was just wondering what the technicality might be if I get dipped.

Yes, you can. I don't know what the DOT guy is gonna say since it's black, not red.

It's not exactly "legal" since your not paying road tax, and I'm sure the epa is gonna frown on it.

one of the GVW clowns stopped my friend and dipped him in MT; was a pain to him, and told him "No more than 20% wmo". Funny part is, his fuel was as green as can be!! These guys...
